How do you make 6'6" professional football players run from fear? You let me loose at an NLF Hall of Fame VIP Party! You name it, they were there at Bridlewood Estate enjoying incredible food and entertainment. One particular giant named DeShawn kept coming back for more, but always left completely freaked out while dozens of others watched in excitement. It was truly more entertaining to see him run away than the trick itself!
"This is Mentalism" DVD releases this month! My newest DVD geared for the magic enthusiast comes out this month. I believe it will be the biggest thing to hit the market yet. Last year, one of my DVDs was voted as #1. This will be better. It will be packed with numerous and varied types of effects for ANY skill level. This will be packed with almost entirely impromptu miracles at their best. More interviews and videos to come! This will be released exclusively from Ellusionist.
Magical Week Indeed! What a fantastic week or so of events from taking the Mayor of Beverly Hills to the Magic Castle to performing in DC for Pace Energy. I enjoy this huge variety of venues, people and events. It's a fun ride for sure! As strange as it might sound, one of my favorite moments was looking at the Obama's personal garden at the White House.
See me in several casino commercials A new high end look for Chumash Casino will be rolling out. You'll see me in four new marketing commercials and print doing things with my hands, on vacation, etc. In this clip, I'm riding horses and enjoying wine, although I do not drink.
Last months trivia question asked who's the highest paid magician in history.
It should be no surprise to many of you that it is David Copperfield. However, you may find it interesting to know he's been in Forbes top 100 numerous times - among other prestigious lists. His earnings have varied from 30-90 million per year over many years.

If getting in a taxi, ask the driver if they know how to get to your destination address. If they say yes only because they have a phone or GPS, get another taxi! I spent an extra 30 minutes in Virginia back roads because the "GPS" told him to go there even though my friend on the phone insisted otherwise. I knew the moment he hesitated when I first got in the taxi, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since my local friend gave him directions. Always trust yourself!
